Description

Working location: District 7, HCMC

Main responsibilities:

Management System & Planning

  • Establish pre-opening and operational budgets for the property.
  • Develop standard templates and reporting systems, including operational reports, P&L reports, and periodic operational plans.
  • Support the project handover process and prepare necessary operational documentation.

Operations & Property Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure smooth coordination and high service standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, guests, and investors.
  • Handle and resolve complaints, operational issues, and emergencies promptly.
  • Monitor lease agreements, rental payments, and tenant compliance.
  • Control operating costs and ensure effective budget utilization.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs to maintain the property’s condition, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, service standards, and developer agreements.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports and propose improvement initiatives to enhance asset value and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of property staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with professional standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, resort operations, or hospitality management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a team management or supervisory role.
  • Experience managing resorts, villas, serviced apartments, or hospitality properties is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, facilities management, and hospitality service standards.
  • Experience in budget planning, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
