Working location: District 7, HCMC
Main responsibilities:
Management System & Planning
- Establish pre-opening and operational budgets for the property.
- Develop standard templates and reporting systems, including operational reports, P&L reports, and periodic operational plans.
- Support the project handover process and prepare necessary operational documentation.
Operations & Property Management
- Oversee daily operations of the property to ensure smooth coordination and high service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, guests, and investors.
- Handle and resolve complaints, operational issues, and emergencies promptly.
- Monitor lease agreements, rental payments, and tenant compliance.
- Control operating costs and ensure effective budget utilization.
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs to maintain the property’s condition, safety, and cleanliness.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, service standards, and developer agreements.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports and propose improvement initiatives to enhance asset value and customer satisfaction.
Team Management
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of property staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with professional standards and company policies.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, resort operations, or hospitality management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a team management or supervisory role.
- Experience managing resorts, villas, serviced apartments, or hospitality properties is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property operations, facilities management, and hospitality service standards.
- Experience in budget planning, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
