Description
1.Prepare the annual budget for all subordinate units under the Food & Beverage Department, and compile monthly departmental profit and loss statements; set clear targets to ensure efficient execution.
2.Supervise and enforce the implementation of rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
3.Guide and train teams under supervision to foster collaboration, deliver warm and meticulous service, ensure consistent service quality and standards, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction.
4.Coordinate cross-functionally with other relevant departments to negotiate and align on business requirements and operational support matters.
5.Collaborate with subordinate supervisors to plan long-term and short-term training programs, promotion pathways, and workforce allocation strategies for the Food & Beverage Department.
6.Work closely with the Marketing & Events teams to monitor banquet and meeting bookings, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and maximize operational performance and revenue generation.
7.Manage crisis incidents and handle customer complaints effectively and promptly.
8.Assist in and execute equipment maintenance and servicing schedules, as well as replenishment plans for consumables and supplies.
9.Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
